The retail standard is H20 (20 x 50 mm): it snaps into two even 25 mm pieces for small bowls and fits most printed hex boxes on the market. H21 (21 x 45 mm) is shorter and a little heavier per stick, which suits lounges loading whole sticks around a phunnel bowl. Both are rated for 120 minutes at 80% fixed carbon with white ash at 1.9% maximum.
B10 (60 x 10 mm) burns for 2.5 hours and suits 5 kg retail bags and home kettles. B15 (60 x 15 mm) burns for 3.5 hours and is the restaurant choice for robata, shawarma, and yakiniku grills that run a whole service on a single bed. Both tile into a flat bed without gaps, so the grate heats evenly and the cook is not chasing hot spots.
Six flat faces pack tighter than round sticks and present fewer sharp corners than cubes, so pieces cannot rattle against one another inside the box. After a five-week sea leg in standard master cartons, hex shisha sticks arrive with under 2% chipping, and the wide grilling hex stacks flat in the bag. On routes to the Americas or Australia, that difference shows up directly in the reorder rate.
Where heat management devices dictate the format, cubes win. Hex wins on burn time per piece, on price per box, and on breakage. Many distributors carry both from the same factory so ash colour and odour stay identical, and split each container according to the season's mix of lounge and retail demand.
Shisha hex packs in 500 g, 1 kg, or 3 kg inner boxes, and BBQ hex in bags of 5, 10, and 20 kg. Both can be printed to your artwork or shipped neutral. The minimum order is one 20 ft container of about 18 t, with mixed formats allowed. Samples up to 1 kg ship free, quotes go out within 24 hours, and production takes 1 to 4 weeks to loading, FOB Jakarta or Semarang.

Yes. Samples up to 1 kg are free, with the shipping on your account. Larger samples are charged at a minimum price. Ship collect on your own DHL or FedEx account, or ask us for a quote from our preferred courier.
Typically 1 to 4 weeks from order confirmation to loading, depending on the quantity and the orders already in production. Peak season slots in Q3 and Q4 should be booked in advance.
A 30% deposit on order and 70% against the shipping documents. On programme contracts we accept an irrevocable LC at sight. First orders are not shipped on open account.
Each batch is tested in our own lab, and the container CoA quotes the batches that were loaded. On request we book SGS, Sucofindo, or Carsurin for pre-shipment inspection and factory audit at cost, and the MSDS and self-heating test report are issued before the vessel sails.
