Overview
Hexagonal shisha charcoal pressed from coconut shell, for retail brands and lounges wanting a longer burn than cubes and less breakage in transit. The six-sided profile packs more tightly in the box, resists chipping at the edges, and snaps cleanly to whatever length the bowl needs. Two sizes are available: H21 at 21 mm across and 45 mm long, and H20 at 20 mm across and 50 mm long, both rated for 120 minutes.

The two hex sizes share the quality spec and the 120 minute rating. The choice comes down to how the stick sits in your customer's bowl and box.

Hexagonal or cubes: which should you stock?
Where heat management devices dictate the format, cubes win. Hex sticks win on burn time per piece, on price per box, and on breakage: after a five-week sea leg the six-sided profile arrives with under 2% chipping. Many brands take both from the same factory so that ash colour and odour stay identical across the range.
H21 or H20?
The retail standard is H20 (20 x 50 mm): it snaps into two 25 mm pieces for small bowls and fits most of the printed hex boxes on the market. H21 (21 x 45 mm) is shorter and a little heavier per stick, which suits lounges loading whole sticks around a phunnel bowl. Both carry the 120 minute rating.
Batch testing and documents
Fixed carbon at 80% minimum, ash white and at 1.9% maximum, moisture at 5% maximum, and volatile matter at 14% maximum. Each batch is burn-tested before packing, and the container certificate of analysis quotes the batches loaded. The MSDS and the self-heating test report accompany every booking.
Packaging and custom branding
Inner boxes of 500 g, 1 kg, or 3 kg packed in 10 kg to 20 kg master cartons. Both can be printed to your dieline, with neutral boxes for trials. Roughly 18 t fits a 20 ft container.
