Hex Shisha Briquettes
20 x 50 mm hexagonal sticks, 73% fixed carbon, retail-friendly ignition.
- Faster ignition than cube formats
- Under 2% transit breakage in standard cartons
- OEM boxes from 200 cartons per design
Overview
The retail shisha format. Hexagonal sticks light faster than cubes, snap cleanly to bowl length, and pack tightly with low transit breakage. Same coconut shell base and binder recipe as the cubes, tuned for shelf price and quick starts.
Burn behavior
Hex sticks reach temperature in 6 to 8 minutes and hold 80 minutes plus. Ash runs under 3% and stays pale. The format trades a little burn length against the cubes for ignition speed and price.
Batch testing
Identical lab regime to the cube line: fixed carbon, ash, moisture, and burn checks per batch, with numbers carried onto the container CoA.
Packaging
1 kg inner boxes, 12 kg master cartons. Mixed containers with cubes are routine for brand launches; load plans come with the quote.
Product FAQ
Ordering, testing, and shipping for this line.
Why choose hexagonal sticks over cubes?
The 20 x 50 mm hexagon breaks cleanly to length, so a retail customer can size the charge to the bowl instead of counting cubes. At 73% fixed carbon and 80 minutes plus burn it suits retail packs and lounges that prefer a longer stick.
What is the specification on the contract?
Fixed carbon 73% minimum, ash 3% maximum, moisture 8% maximum, volatile matter 16% maximum, and 6,800 kcal/kg minimum. The container certificate of analysis quotes the batches actually loaded.
How are the hex briquettes packed?
One kilogram inner boxes in 12 kg master cartons, palletized on request. Printed OEM cartons run from 200 cartons per design, and mixed containers with cubes are fine for a range launch.
Which documents ship with a hex charcoal container?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, batch certificate of analysis, MSDS, and the non self heating test report carriers require for charcoal stowage under IMDG Class 4.2.
