Overview

The flagship shisha format. Pressed from carbonized coconut shell with food-grade tapioca binder, dried below 8% moisture, and burn-tested per batch. Built for heat management devices: stable ignition, no spark, no odor, and white ash that holds shape to the end of a session.

Session performance

Three cubes reach working temperature in 8 to 10 minutes on a coil burner and hold a bowl through a 90-minute session. Ash stays white and compact; a black core or early crumble fails our lab check and the batch is culled.

Batch testing

Each pressing batch is sampled for fixed carbon, ash, moisture, and burn time before drying is signed off. The container CoA quotes the loaded batches. Third-party inspection, factory audit, MSDS, and the self-heating test report can be booked on request before sailing.

Packaging and OEM

72 or 96 cubes per 1 kg inner box, 10 boxes per master carton. OEM artwork prints from 200 cartons per design; neutral boxes ship for trials. About 18 t loads a 20 ft container.

What cube sizes and box formats are available?

The standard cube is 25 x 25 x 25 mm, packed 72 or 96 cubes to a 1 kg inner box with ten boxes per 10 kg master carton. About 18 t loads a 20 ft container. Other cube sizes can be pressed against a confirmed programme.

Why does white ash matter for shisha charcoal?

White ash at 2.5% maximum tells you the shell was fully carbonized. A black core or grey crumbling ash means unburnt volatiles that carry odor into the bowl, so batches that fail our burn check are culled rather than blended into the container.

How long do the cubes hold a bowl?

Three cubes reach working temperature in eight to ten minutes on a coil burner and hold a bowl through a 90 minute session at 75% fixed carbon and 7,000 kcal/kg. Volatile matter is capped at 15% so ignition does not taste of binder.

Can these cubes ship under my own brand?

Yes, OEM is most of our shisha volume. Your artwork prints on inner boxes and master cartons from 200 cartons per design, and neutral boxes are stock for trial containers.
