Our discs are pressed in a dedicated die from coconut shell to the same 80% fixed carbon spec as the rest of the shisha range, and burn for about 110 minutes.

K3 is the standard and fits most branded disc boxes on the market. K4 gives premium lounges finer heat control, and suits tobaccos that run hot, since a server can lift one smaller wedge to cool the bowl. Both discs burn for about 110 minutes at 80% fixed carbon and 7,500 kcal/kg.
In a round heat manager, cubes leave gaps and need turning. A disc covers the whole base, so heat is even from the first draw, staff light one piece rather than three, and the pre-scored wedges let a server adjust a bowl without disturbing the rest. The outcome is fewer charcoal changes per session and a more consistent bowl across the whole floor.
The score depth is set so the disc survives sea freight in one piece yet separates by hand along the lines. Each batch is dried to 5% moisture and checked for fixed carbon, ash, clean separation, and burn time. The certificate of analysis for your container quotes the batches loaded, and the MSDS and the self-heating test report go with every booking.

Yes. Samples up to 1 kg are free, with the shipping on your account. Larger samples are charged at a minimum price. Ship collect on your own DHL or FedEx account, or ask us for a quote from our preferred courier.
Typically 1 to 4 weeks from order confirmation to loading, depending on the quantity and the orders already in production. Peak season slots in Q3 and Q4 should be booked in advance.
A 30% deposit on order and 70% against the shipping documents. On programme contracts we accept an irrevocable LC at sight. First orders are not shipped on open account.
Each batch is tested in our own lab, and the container CoA quotes the batches that were loaded. On request we book SGS, Sucofindo, or Carsurin for pre-shipment inspection and factory audit at cost, and the MSDS and self-heating test report are issued before the vessel sails.
Shisha lines go in 500 g, 1 kg, and 3 kg inner boxes packed into master cartons. BBQ lines go in 3 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, and 20 kg bags. Lump and fines go in PP bags, kraft bags, and 1 t jumbo bags. Above the design minimums, any product can carry your branding.
