Stick charcoal is the format many markets grew up with: pieces set around the rim of a Turkish or phunnel bowl for an even ring of heat, snapped in half for a small bowl, and no heat management device needed. Ours are pressed round from coconut shell to the same 80% fixed carbon and white ash spec as our cubes, and rated for 120 minutes per load.

S20 (20 x 50 mm) breaks into two even 25 mm pieces and fits most printed stick boxes. S21 (21 x 45 mm) carries slightly more mass per piece and sits lower in a wide bowl. Both share the spec and the burn rating, so order whichever your box dieline and bowl range already expect.

What differs is handling and habit: hex packs tighter in the box and chips less on long sea legs, while round sticks are the shape established brands and their customers recognize. Brands serving lounges and retail together often run round for retail and hex for lounge supply, out of the same container.
Before packing, every batch is checked for fixed carbon, ash, moisture, and burn time. Ash is white at 1.9% maximum, volatile matter is held to 14% so ignition never smells of binder, and the container certificate of analysis quotes the batches loaded. The MSDS and the self-heating test report go with every booking.

Yes. Samples up to 1 kg are free, with the shipping on your account. Larger samples are charged at a minimum price. Ship collect on your own DHL or FedEx account, or ask us for a quote from our preferred courier.
Typically 1 to 4 weeks from order confirmation to loading, depending on the quantity and the orders already in production. Peak season slots in Q3 and Q4 should be booked in advance.
A 30% deposit on order and 70% against the shipping documents. On programme contracts we accept an irrevocable LC at sight. First orders are not shipped on open account.
Each batch is tested in our own lab, and the container CoA quotes the batches that were loaded. On request we book SGS, Sucofindo, or Carsurin for pre-shipment inspection and factory audit at cost, and the MSDS and self-heating test report are issued before the vessel sails.
