F17 (17 x 25 x 25 mm) burns for 70 minutes and fits the smallest heat management devices and shallow phunnel bowls. F20 (20 x 25 x 25 mm) burns for 80 minutes and is the more versatile choice for lounges that still use foil. Both run 80% fixed carbon with white ash at 1.9% maximum, in line with the rest of the shisha range.
F40 (40 x 30 x 25 mm) fills a chimney starter evenly, burns for 150 minutes, and suits 3 kg and 5 kg retail bags. F50 (50 x 40 x 25 mm) carries more mass, burns for 200 minutes, and is what restaurants and caterers load from 10 kg and 20 kg bags. Both are shell and tapioca binder only, with no coal dust, borax, or accelerant.
A tablet uses less shell per piece than a cube and fits more pieces in a box, so a retail brand gets a lower cost per session without touching the carbon spec. That is why brands in price-led markets often open with flats and move customers up to cubes, and why compact heat management devices that cannot seat a full cube are usually loaded with F20.
Before packing, every batch is checked for fixed carbon, ash, moisture, and burn time, and the container certificate of analysis quotes the batches loaded. Volatile matter is held to 14% maximum so ignition never tastes of binder, and the BBQ blocks are grill-tested for sparking and off-odour. The MSDS and the self-heating test report accompany each booking.
Shisha flats pack in 500 g, 1 kg, or 3 kg inner boxes, and BBQ blocks in bags from 3 kg to 20 kg. Both can be printed to your artwork or shipped neutral. The minimum order is one 20 ft container of about 18 t, which shisha and BBQ flats can share. Samples up to 1 kg ship free, quotes go out within 24 hours, and lead time to loading is 1 to 4 weeks.

Yes. Samples up to 1 kg are free, with the shipping on your account. Larger samples are charged at a minimum price. Ship collect on your own DHL or FedEx account, or ask us for a quote from our preferred courier.
Typically 1 to 4 weeks from order confirmation to loading, depending on the quantity and the orders already in production. Peak season slots in Q3 and Q4 should be booked in advance.
A 30% deposit on order and 70% against the shipping documents. On programme contracts we accept an irrevocable LC at sight. First orders are not shipped on open account.
Each batch is tested in our own lab, and the container CoA quotes the batches that were loaded. On request we book SGS, Sucofindo, or Carsurin for pre-shipment inspection and factory audit at cost, and the MSDS and self-heating test report are issued before the vessel sails.
