Overview
Grilling briquettes pressed from cleaned coconut shell and tapioca binder only: no coal dust, no borax, no accelerants. The pillow shape beds evenly in kettles and barrel grills, lights in a chimney in about 20 minutes, and holds a flat cooking curve past two hours.
Grill performance
A chimney load ashes over in about 20 minutes and holds a stable bed past two hours with minimal popping. Low volatile content keeps smoke and off-flavors out of the food.
Batch testing
Grill tests per batch check spark, flame behavior, and odor alongside the standard carbon, ash, and moisture analysis.
Retail and bulk packaging
10 kg kraft bags standard. Retail bags from 2.5 kg print under your label from 500 bags per design. Pallets shrink-wrapped for supermarket distribution.
Product FAQ
Ordering, testing, and shipping for this line.
Will these briquettes spark or spit on a grill?
No. Pressed coconut shell holds no resin pockets, so the pillows glow rather than spark. Ash is capped at 4% and moisture at 8%, which is what keeps a retail bag from spitting when a customer lights it indoors.
How long does one load burn?
Two and a half hours plus at 70% fixed carbon and 6,500 kcal/kg from the 50 x 35 x 25 mm pillow, long enough for a full service without a relight. The pillows relight readily if a session is paused.
Can you produce retail bags for a supermarket listing?
Yes. Ten kilogram kraft bags are stock and printed private-label retail bags run from 500 bags per design. Bag weight, handle, and barcode placement are set from your artwork before the production slot is confirmed.
What is the minimum order for BBQ briquettes?
One 20 ft container, about 18 t depending on bag format and pallet choice. Trial containers can mix pillow briquettes with natural shell lump under one label.
