Burn profile
Shell lump comes up to high heat quickly and burns down sooner than a pressed format, which suits open grills and quick service. For a long oven service, hardwood lump is the better choice.
Screening and moisture
Two rounds of screening keep the size band, and the liner bags hold moisture to 10% maximum in transit so ignition behaves the same at humid destinations.
Packaging
Woven PP bags of 15 kg with a moisture liner, palletized or floor-loaded. Roughly 17 t fits a 20 ft container.

- Minimum order
- One 20 ft container, about 18 t. Pricing steps down as volume rises, and mixed-product containers are welcome for trials and range launches.
- Container loading
- A 20 ft FCL takes about 18 t in total, a 40 ft FCL about 26 t. The load plan comes with the quote, and we palletize on request.
- Lead time
- Typically 1 to 4 weeks from order confirmation to loading, depending on the quantity and on the orders already in production.
- Product samples
- Free up to 1 kg, with shipping at your cost. Larger samples are charged at a minimum price. Collect on your own DHL or FedEx account, or ask us for a quote from our courier partner.
- Custom branding
- Every product can carry your artwork on inner boxes, bags, and master cartons, printed to your dieline once proofs are approved. For trials, neutral packaging ships.
- Tariff classification

What separates natural shell lump from pressed briquettes?
Lump is unpressed shell broken down to 20 to 80 mm with no binder, so it lights faster and burns hotter at the start, whereas a pressed briquette holds a steadier temperature for longer. Buyers with a quick grilling turnover generally go for lump.
What contract specs apply to this lump?
Fixed carbon at 72% minimum, ash at 3.5% maximum, moisture at 10% maximum, and 6,800 kcal/kg minimum. Sizing is screened twice, keeping the carry-over of fines below what a bagging line would reject.
How is the lump bagged for export?
Woven PP bags of fifteen kilograms with a moisture liner, which is what holds a 10% moisture spec through a humid ocean leg. Printed bags start at 500 bags per design.
Can I check the lot before I pay the balance?
Yes. Each batch has an internal burn record, and the container certificate of analysis quotes the batches loaded. SGS or Sucofindo pre-shipment inspection can be booked at cost, with the report in your hands before the vessel sails.
